Rice recipe with garlic butter

  • Grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons
  • Butter, 3 tablespoons
  • Rice, 1 1/3 cups
  • Chicken broth, 2 cups
  • Garlic, 3 cloves
  • Dried parsley, 3/4 teaspoon


  1. Cook for thirteen minutes. Turn off heat, cover for 1 minute. Then uncover add the Parmesan cheese, stir and serve.
  2. Melt the butter in a deep skillet. Take out of the fire.
  3. Add the rice, broth, garlic and dried parsley. Stir.
